2. A person’s principles or standards of behavior; one’s judgment of what is important in life

For our purposes, value refers to the benefit a customer gains by implementing and adopting a solution.

Even then, it can be complicated since every individual might have a different perception of what that value means or which metric is most important. That’s why it’s easier to agree on value early rather than argue about it later.
